Twee and the property management team do a great job. They are friendly, responsive to maintenance requests and keep they public areas clean and tidy.
This has been my personal experience living at centvm . The good : I loved the location right next to trams,supermarkets (Woolworths + aldi) and some small take aways.the balconies in these apartments are great too. The bad: I lived in an appt ,that was the shape of a corridor long and difficult to organise. Many of these appts have 2 bedrooms one is completely dark , meaning lights turned on even at 12 in the afternoon.The overall built quality is not very good, I felt like the fixtures in the bathroom could break if I was ... read more
The location is central to everything you need. Modern, secure and quiet apartments. The buildings and gardens are well maintained and clean. Twee (building manager) provided excellent support the whole time we lived at Centvm but she was especially accommodating when we were moving in as we were coming from interstate.
Lived in this property almost 2 years. Never had any major issues and management were always quick to respond to any requests
Very professional, proactive and very quick response time for any query or help. Very satisfied with their level of service.
