Wouldn't let me cancel service no matter what I did for stupid reasons. I inherited the wireless account from an old roommate who is no longer in contact, my email, card, and phone number on the account but since it still shows old roommates name on the account I can't close the account or cancel my payment. I had to block the charge on my credit card because these crooks kept stealing money from me even though I no longer used or wanted their service. Talked to multiple morons on the phone who "couldn't do anything"

Not a real location, century link does not have a store in this location and never had one. needs to be removed off Google maps immediately.

Horrible customer service . They will not give us an address to send our router back and they say if we don’t send it back they will charge us $200. Criminal

Super slow internet speeds and poor customer service. Switched to Starlink and speeds are 30 times faster.

CenturyLink is impossible to work with. My wife called about our internet being down and they said, and I quote “Once it’s set up and we get the payment, it’s not our issue if it doesn’t work.” Somehow, they made spectrum look thoughtful and understanding. I would recommend star link or even spectrum if you can. Fun fact, hours later internet still doesn’t work with no solution in sight.
