Only reason I give a 1 star is because customer service tries to be helpful. Not their fault that they can never fix the phone issue where my mother lives. I call them at least twice a month to have them come out to repair for no phone service. I tell them every time its the box at the pole. Guess what a quick fix for a week or two then bam have to call them back again. Just fix the issue...replace the box do whatever is necessary. This is the worst company I have ever done business with. Absolutely impossible to get through to a human in their support phone tree. Stay away.
