Zero stars….Century Link the company, in Seattle anyway is the worst customer service, damaged cable replacing poorest technician showing up and doing anything helpful group around!!! 2 months plus with no phone fax internet zilc service who have people who lie to you about “ adjustments to yr bill for lost services” then send you a bill for 823.00$ for service!!! Often had problems with Internet connectivity until I completely lost internet. I was told it would take 10 day to have someone come out. I went to Xfinity and had faster Internet set up the same day.
This is the worst Internet I've every experienced. I live in Seattle near skyway area and we get 17 kilobyte speed!!!! In Seattle! Not even megabyte speed. But yet we pay for service up 900 megabyte of speed. My phone's hotspot is far faster with 1 bar of service. CenturyLink has been out to my house several time in the past 2 years. Always the same excuse. Old lines, server sub station has old lines or some bullchit. I give up. Save yourself the headache, don't purchase internet from CenturyLink.
