I had to deal with the owner Jesus Elias Ramos for a client where a piece of privacy glass spontaneously shattered less than 6 months from the installation date. When my client reached out to Mr. Ramos to fix it, he tried to charge her again despite the fact that the glass he installed was defective since it shattered on its own, making a mess on my client's and her neighbor's rooftop patio. We had a pane of glass replaced. We brought the window in (prior to installation on our house) and they replaced it quickly. We picked up the window the next day, They did a great job.
