Extremely disappointed with this company. First - I was somehow contacted by a sales rep, great prices for custom printed cords - which we already were getting from another vendor. No problem, made the switch, tried 10 of their 10/3 100' cords. In less than 2 uses half of the cords had melting/charring at either the male or female end. I didn't complain, I replace ends on our cords with upgraded connectors all of the time. Not usually in 2 uses... but whatever. As a contractor, I rely on reliable extension cord connections when working outdoors. Being attracted to the "Made in USA" label, I bought some Century Wire and Cable "twist and lock" 20-amp rated extension cords, along with Century Wire and Cable adaptors to plug into a conventional outlet. Put simply, the "twist and lock" connections are just not reliable. I checked continuity of individual cables and found they are okay.
