I had the pleasure of having Century West Homes build our forever home. As this is something we had never done before they were very patience with us and answered all questions as they came up. They were very professional throughout the entire process from start to finish. This included the initial consultations of lot location/ selection, creating our own interior design, and having the PM openly communicating through the home build to follow up touch ups after the home was built. Highly recommend CWH for new home builds.

Century West was an absolute joke probably bottom of the barrel for insurance contractors; they have 2 site inspections attendants that are 18 Tristan and 25 Evan, they have absolutely no prior training aside from calling their project manager Rick, who works outside of his home and doesn't drive because of legally issues. Tristan has almost crashed the company vehicle 5 times and Evan (Fluff) had been "written up" 7 times, or more, and had one sexual assault from a female employee Chloe.
