Was traveling and came in with a super minor issue that I already knew what it was but couldn't fix myself they charged me $300 for a "diagnosis" even though I told them what was wrong with it and wanted to charge me another $300 to install a $6 part. Also had to wait almost 4 hours when I told them I was in a big hurry which I would have been ok if they weren't also ripping me off. Went to a shop and they fixed the issue in 5 min for free...

Ask for Eddie in the service department. He is trustworthy and reliable. Kept me up to speed while providing a rental car.

I’m updating my review because after reading other customers’ experiences—especially a review from someone named Elijah, whose car began overheating the day after a recall assessment—I realized I’m not crazy for feeling something is seriously wrong with the way this service department handles recall work.
