I’m updating my review because after reading other customers’ experiences—especially a review from someone named Elijah, whose car began overheating the day after a recall assessment—I realized I’m not crazy for feeling something is seriously wrong with the way this service department handles recall work. This is the worst bmw service center I have ever came across! Everyone that works there is rude and has an attitude. I scheduled an appointment to get my car checked because of an unusual noise and the clown I spoke to on the phone told me that they have to be able to confirm that the sound is happening before I can qualify for a loaner otherwise I’d have to just figure out my ride myself. Stay away from this place as far as possible!
