***DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE*** Century West is good at these things: - Overcharging for services - Not being reliable - Not having answers to your questions - Not calling you back when they say they will - Keeping your car for longer than needed because they forget or don’t care to call you when it’s actually ready - Being smart asses - Serving donuts and drinks So if your top priority is donuts and drinks, you’ve come to the right place! If not, go elsewhere.

Very disappointing experience with the service department at Century BMW. My wife had a 9:00 AM appointment, and we had both a screenshot and confirmation clearly showing the appointment time. Despite having proof of the 9:00 AM appointment, the service department insisted that her appointment was at 12:00 PM. What made the situation even more frustrating was how Steve handled it. Was traveling and came in with a super minor issue that I already knew what it was but couldn't fix myself they charged me $300 for a "diagnosis" even though I told them what was wrong with it and wanted to charge me another $300 to install a $6 part. Also had to wait almost 4 hours when I told them I was in a big hurry which I would have been ok if they weren't also ripping me off. Went to a shop and they fixed the issue in 5 min for free...
