Apartment building with large foyer area, 24/7 concierge, centrally located.
Absolutely rude reception. Living here and have received rude replies to all the requests on every occasion. You should educate your staff some politeness. Another problem in a building with 50+ floors only one out of four lifts working, like seriously? Takes me 30 minutes to go down/upstairs every single time.
