We sold our home using Tony Janu at Century Team. He tended to our every need - giving us great guidance about what improvements were needed before listing, was quick to respond when we had questions, was highly communicative throughout the process, had seamless technology to support the process (especially regarding showings being scheduled), and was such a supportive voice throughout what could be a stressful process. I highly recommend him and his team.
Currently Renting from Century since January 2025. The property was very clean, well maintained, and in great condition when I moved in. The landlord was responsive to repair requests and followed up to ensure everything was addressed. Easy to approach. The location is great if you have kids in high school and it is within walking distance. Overall would definitely recommend this landlord to future tenants.
