IF YOU HAVE GOOD CREDIT, BEWARE!!! What the representatives made the program sound like initially and what it actually is over time are two different things. Yes, there is a contract. (Most responses on negative reviews point fingers back at the client because they "should have known" due to signing a contract). And yes, this is a legitimate company. But please do your research and look at all of your options before committing to this four year program. My credit was good in the 700s in february of this year, now it's tanked... read more

I entered into an agreement with this company based on verbal assurances that turned out to be inaccurate. I was told my credit score would take only a small dip and recover in about six months; instead, it fell from 750 to 490 and has yet to recover. I was led to believe their fee would be a small percentage of the settled debt, but it was actually more like 29% of the entire debt amount not the negotiated amount they made it seem to be, and that amount is taken before any substantial payments toward settlement began. Very disappointed with this service and am so sorry I went this route. I am now in collections with 3 companies that were enrolled with this program. BEWARE
