The initial "sales" reps are trained to make things sound like everything you want to hear, but the process itself will take TIME and will TANK your credit before you build it back up, years later. Just know this is not a quick fix like they will imply in your initial interview.
Was a very bad experience with this company. Don’t be fooled that they are on your side and are there to help you. They are as much on your side as your creditors. The communication is terrible, they take their time with settlements while collecting extremely high fees, provide half truths on the program, and all the while knowing the plan is not realistic for the client. IF YOU HAVE GOOD CREDIT, BEWARE!!! Update: I JUST RECEIVED MY FIRST LEGAL NOTICE THAT I'M BEING SUED OVER ONE OF MY BILLS. This program will instruct you to stop paying your bills, but they call it your "independent decision". What the representatives made the program sound like initially and what it actually is over time are two different things. Yes, there is a contract.
