Very disappointing customer service experience. I dealt with Paul and his manager regarding an Outback for my partner. The vehicle included hidden fees, and even after accepting a price that ended up being about $1,000 over MSRP, the situation was handled poorly. After several days of discussions and being told daily that the vehicle was still available, we were suddenly informed that it had been sold. Huge thanks to Paul and Kevin at Century Subaru! Paul was a fantastic salesperson—super kind, welcoming, and very easy to work with. Kevin handled the business side of things and was incredibly helpful. I had a lot of questions, and he explained every detail with total patience. What really amazed me was that they both stayed after hours just to get the deal done. If you want a dealership that truly goes the extra mile for you, ask for Paul and Kevin.

I went to Subaru with a Crosstrek on my mind. My son uses a wheelchair so there was no room left for anything else. Paul suggested I give a Forester a try & I'm so glad he did!! I'm now a very happy owner of an Autumn Green Forester. I have lots of room for my son's chair and whatever else I need to take along. Paul was wonderful to talk to and answered all my questions. This is my first Subaru and now I'm hooked! I would highly recommend going to see Paul if you're in the market. Thank you Paul!!
