Definatley a shady operation here, charging 4x price for Eyesight calibration than all other dealerships. Service manager tried to convince me that there must be something deeper wrong with the system if it needs calibration after windshield replacement, a quick google search proved him wrong. Also tried to tell me that the calibration might be covered under warrenty, again, a quick search states that its not covered after the windshield is replaced, pretty sure they would have charged me big time to assess. Extremely positive experience at Century Subaru. Mel in sales was very responsive and made sure the car was ready exactly when promised, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Heather in financing also made everything simple and easy to understand. The whole team was professional and great to deal with. Highly recommend!
Was looking to buy a used vehicle from them, and had a trade in. I needed to do the entire process remotely as I didn't leave nearby, so take my situation with a grain of salt. I spoke primarily with Erin in Sales. Great service! We didn't end up getting a deal done, but I'd happily go back to them when I'm shopping for another Subie. They seemed to have the most inventory of all the dealerships out this way.
Great service! From the time I called to ask for service for my car to the time I drove off I didn’t spend more that two breaths. Straight to the point, quick and easy. No “water”, just straight to the business. I liked the attention to me and the video they made showing me the work done. Way to go, Subaru!
