Outstanding customer service from the service dept. On a road trip vacation, travelling from ON when the Check Engine Light came on. Greg booked me in to suit our timing of when we would arrive in St John. Then Brendan got my Forester in right away to diagnose the problem. They made arrangements for alternate transportation while making the fix. Enabled us to barely skip a beat in our scheduled holiday. Huge thank you!!
Worst customer service in their service department! Have warranty service bulletin that will not be honoured for replacement parts/work even though we replaced the original Subaru parts 3 times before receiving the service bulletin (ref 2019 ascent bought new in 2018, replaced brakes (pads& rotors) in 2021, 2022, & 2023, received service bulletin in 2024). Also had an issue getting a loaner car when the pcv value (another warranty recall) went through the engine. Go to any other Subaru dealer in the province besides this one... read more
