This place is clean, professional and well maintained, however my issue is the frequent and hefty raise in fees. I get it's a business in rough economic times, but consumers are in the same times. In 2021 I rented a smaller unit, I think an 8 ×10, whatever the smallest unit is, could be less. Back then I paid $90/mth including the $10/mth renters insurance that is required, now it's up to $153/mth. Had a problem and Steve was quick with response and got the ball rolling. Good place, prices are a bit on the higher end, but you get what you pay for.
