The rate increases at this place should be considered extortion. Please don't believe the advertised "Web Rate". It's bait-and-switch and your rate will make a huge jump once you are in the facility. Then they will suggest you "refer" for a $50... Why would I refer someone to your overrated and overpriced facilities?
I have to say you get a professional service with that neighborhood touch. Steve has been great to work with. He helped me out with 3 separate rental units, he's very helpful, with a professional attitude, and informative.
I'm a firm believer in giving credit where credit is due. I have rented several units at this facility. Management is professional yet personal. The grounds, units and on-site restrooms are some of the cleanest I've seen. This place is definitely well maintained. Never have had any problems with bugs or anything else. Steve has always been available for any questions or problems I may have had, with solutions and answers. Couldn't thank Steve enough as an on-site representative for all of his assistance.
This was definitely one of the cleanest storage units for the money in the area. The restroom on premises is also clean and open. The management is available when you need him and quite helpful in assisting you in getting the right size unit you're needing. Overall I can safely say that I recommend Century Storage highly. Steve is one of the best representatives I've had the pleasure of working with. He gives you that hometown service that so many have forgotten.
When I first started storing my camper there, I was worried because I was trying to do it from Massachusetts. But Steve walked me through it, and everything went very smoothly. Thanks Steve for your knowledge and professionalism, I’ve been there for a year now
