The only reason I put one is ZERO is not an option. The community WAS ONCE well managed w excellent maintenance personell. They bragged on their maintenance personnell. Now? They bout to get off in an hour! They do not care whether you have maintenance issues or not. Ceiling leaks? Nope. I am sure there is MOLD in the attics. RUN!! RUN!!! RUN!! ZERO STARS & if there was a negative 100 I'd rate it that.
