From start to finish Doug was very helpful and timely with the process. I had a small stair refresh that made a tremendous impact upon entry to our home and to the room surroundings. I wanted it to look like it had always been there and had stood the test of time. Gary installed and stained until the look was just as I wanted. The newels are stunning and wonderful quality. Eye catching for sure. They took my idea and brought it to life! I would highly recommend!
My thanks to Century Stairs and all staff, particularly Dough and Zach. Century built my stairs on my retirement home and issues developed after construction, but they went out of the way to remedy the issue. From the very start, Doug A. was very knowledgeable and helpful in connecting us with G&K Carpentry (Gary and Kyle) to begin our staircase renovation. Our existing staircase was red oak and 20 years old, and we wanted a more modern, updated look. G&K came out promptly and gave us lots of ideas and choices with samples. I highly recommend Century Stair Company! Doug Amrhein was amazing in helping me choose the correct stair handrails, newels, and balusters for an updated look in my home.
