Wanting to replace the dated staircase in my newly purchased Washington DC condo, I found Century Stair Co. on the internet. Doug at Century was extremely responsive, we shared some photos, and quickly determined a set of posts, balusters, and rails that would meet my objectives. The cost estimate I found to be quite reasonable. For renovations, Century does not do the installation but rather refers their customers to a favored contractor. Great company—if they say it, they’ll do it. They always follow through! Quality of product is phenomenal. Craftsmanship is impeccable. Even after some other trades damaged their already-installed product, they sent out a service tech—Zack—who made it look new again!
