Century stair sent two very professional carpenters. They were both very accommodating to our needs. I am on oxygen. First coat of stain was a little lite. Our project was to change the style of the railing system (newels and balusters and handrails) in our home. Due to the very open floor plan and prominent placement of the stairway, the style and appearance of the stairway is very important. I have nothing but great things to say about Century Stair Company. It started when the house I am building was just framed. They came, measured, and then delivered a beautiful staircase. Later on in the finishing stage, I requested a modern looking railing. Again, they measured and then sent a crew to install. The end result was just beautiful. The bottom line, I find them to be professional, qualified, and with quality products and services at a fair price.
