great craftsmanship, terrible customer service
Needed a new roof after only 13 yrs and damaging winds this March. Roof previously done by another contractor in 2013. We had Century Home do our rain guards & spouting in 2018, windows replaced, plus two doors (one a slider) in 2023. It was not a hard decision to make about who to contract for our new roof. Century replaced an old window that had blown out by the wind. The job was done in a very professional manner and the installers were excellent. They were courteous and efficient and explained facets of the work that was done. They also did a great job of cleaning up any debris that they may have made and I could not have asked for better workmen.
Roger, Brandon and their crew did another outstanding job replacing our porch roof. We have been using Century for over 30 years. They have consistently demonstrated their timeliness, professionalism and attention to their customer's needs. And they always do a great job of cleaning up and checking back within a couple days. Highly recommended!
