WARNING SCAM DO NOT RENT HERE Rental had an extreme rodent problem, tried to cancel for over a month and finally got to talk to someone on the phone who confirmed my account was canceled. Jump to a month later and i’m getting messages that i owe late fees and next months rent. Just straight up lied to me to get more $$.

I had an appointment this past Saturday at 10 AM to pick up moving boxes. When I arrived, the location was closed. I waited 45 minutes, tried calling the numbers posted on the door (no answer), and contacted U-Haul directly, who confirmed the location was supposed to be open. With a newborn at home and my wife recovering from a C-section, this was a major inconvenience. We’re trying to move by the end of the month, and this just added unnecessary stress. This place has recently developed a bad garbage and rodent problem. Inside is dirty with garbage piles; same outside. And mouse droppings all over the place inside. Nasty!
