I had an appointment this past Saturday at 10 AM to pick up moving boxes. When I arrived, the location was closed. I waited 45 minutes, tried calling the numbers posted on the door (no answer), and contacted U-Haul directly, who confirmed the location was supposed to be open. This place has recently developed a bad garbage and rodent problem. Inside is dirty with garbage piles; same outside. And mouse droppings all over the place inside. Nasty!
Elevator has been down for over three weeks . They have given no help and little to no answers about what is going on.
Fast unloading the person working in the receiving is very good very friendly shipping dock at the back of the building.
