I called to see if they had a fan motor for a RV Coleman roof ac in stock and told him the motor part number. The guy said he needed the model number of the furnace. I said I don't have it, but I have all the part numbers of the old motor. I didn't even finish speaking before he cut me off and said, "Need the model number of the furnace." I said nevermind and hung up. Here's my issue with this guy. First it's not a furnace, it's a roof ac unit. I don't know if he wasn't paying attention or if he's just dumb.
