They'll sell you an RV just fine. Do NOT expect ANY service after the sale. Sold me a new RV with no electric fridge connection. I had To go to another dealer to get it repaired. PS: I had to pay for the repairs since this was dealer negligence not a warranty item.
Lazy Days is a terrible company if you need to get something fixed. We literally needed a ripped cushion replaced and it took them almost two months after the warrantee was approved. Do not do business with this company. Once the sale is done they dont care. Becareful what you say to Keystone if you have to speak with directly to get a warrantee covered as they are looking or every reason to cancel your warrantee. Absolutely ridiculous.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars as I would have, I am one and done with this dealership and their horrible customer service. I bought a 1 year old Winnebago RV in October and put it into storage for the winter, when I tried to take it out the first time to take it on a trip the slide would not open, I called the salesman who told me to contact the service department, I tried to call the service department numerous times and every time it would go directly to voice mail, after leaving several messages with no response ... read more
We purchased a 2025 Venture SportTrek 5th wheel from this dealership in January 2025. The Finance team used a bait and switch on several items, and as we are finding out the service contract was the biggest joke. We took the 5th wheel out for the first trip in late June 2025. We have had a lot of problems with Venture having poor quality and have already scheduled a service appointment in a couple of weeks. The service contract is not worth the paper it is printed on. If you buy an RV, Wanna work here, or consider getting any mechanical or cosmetic work here done then anything that proceeds after is all on you if you take a look at the reviews and still want their provided services. Worst dealership IN THE STATE and of course it's an RV dealership.
