We bought a 2015 Starcraft from this place about 2 months ago. They did not properly clean the fresh water tank. Our first use of trying to use the water we had to evacuate the camper because the rotten egg smell was sooooo bad. So we took it back up there and they then tried to charge us $203 to clean the tank and unclog the sink. When I asked them about it, they did take off $150, only to turn around and charge my husband (after I had left) an additional $95 to show him how to use the load leveler.
