Hands down the BEST Customer Service we have ever experienced with RV Dealers. I recently fell, And Brandon and Steve both went out of their way to accommodate us. From actually bringing a trailer to our area for us to look at, from getting a jeep to drive us around. WOW it was fantastic. One of the few locally owned dealers left, I would highly recommend them. We are just looking at this stage but we will be back to look at others. 5 Stars just isn't enough here I would give them 10 Stars if I could Mary
My daughter purchased an RV from the Longmont location. Not only did the third party delivering it end up in an accident with damage to the 5th wheel, but the dealership also didn't include a power cord despite it being plugged in on their lot. Sadly my daughter and son-in-law realized this only after it was delivered. The dealer said it is "AS IS" and didn't have a power cord. Now my daughter and son-in-law have a damaged trailer with no power - and this dealer is unwilling to help even by giving them a power chord!!! ... read more
