The design and layout of the house is what made us buy a home from Pulte. However, the service afterwards makes me regret buying this home. I understand there’s only a 1 year warranty on these homes but Pulte should be responsible for doing a bad job and using cheap materials when building their homes. Things should not be breaking and not working so soon.

I love my new home! The design and quality are top notch. I had the pleasure of working alongside Jason Stanley (Contract Manager) he is very knowledge, understanding, and extremely patient.
