We were extremely happy with the start of the process. But after only a few weeks after installation I noticed cracks in the gel coating the full length of both side of the pool (11m) and multiple cracks. Company can’t follow plans (makes concrete slab too short, despite being given clear plans and it being discussed numerous times), leaves rubbish on the council strip leading to the council issuing infringement notice to the home owner, gets issued a defect notice from the QBCC for defective works and produces a pool shell that cracks and won’t honour their lifetime warranty to fix the pool shell.
