Cute area. A little hard to get to by car as it’s in a very busy street. Very close to lots of nearby activities!
Walls and windows are thin so you can hear street noises. Parking was advertised as $25/ night on hotel website but we were charged $30 plus tax. I showed them where it said $25 on their site and they were like “oh, hmm yeah that’s wrong” but wouldn’t honor rate. Not going to argue over $5 but it was poor customer service to admit their website is wrong and then say they can’t do anything.
An outstanding locally owned and run downtown Vancouver hotel - pet friendly and reasonable pricing for location!
The staff goes above and beyond. I don't think I've ever experienced better service at a hotel. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The beds aren't the comfiest, but they're good enough that I more than recommend staying here. I will definitely be staying again.
For 330 a night ,crumbs in the cupboards. no hot tub . Great gym , thin walls , thin ceilings as I heard footsteps and children running well after 9. Heats capped at 22.5° and the room was cold. For the price not at all impressed and having to hear people stomping around was worse than being in an apartment. Wouldn't recommend this place and I would opt to spend more money for a better experience if this is what 330.00 gets you.. why not pay more for a little more peace at night . Honest review
