Nice upgrade for my honey's 50th birthday to the Penthouse.However customer service other than that is a hard no. They left 2 dirty room service trays in the hallways for more than 12 hours on both days. Service is slow to bring you items. Room service breakfast is not something I would recommend. Besides the meh food, the girl taking the room service orders level of service was about the same. Besides not knowing the menu, the order times she gave were incorrect. Lovely hotel, well located, with great service. Coffee shop was very good, numerous delicious options for breakfast & tidbits throughout the day. One little disappointment, very loud sirens periodically throughout the night…perhaps because hotel is situated close to a hospital.

Hôtel très bien situé. Par contre, 2 ascenseurs sur 4 ne fonctionnent pas, ce qui rend les déplacements désagréables. De plus, si vous voulez de l’eau chaude, partez la robinetterie 15 minutes à l’avance pour avoir de l’eau chaude.
