Very pleased with the cleanliness and appearance of the room
My favorite place to be!
Pros: Nice staff. Great restaurant and lobby. Breakfast included with reservation is nice. Coffee shop is convenient. Cons: facilities are old and not in great condition. Low water pressure in shower and toilet. Old furniture. Tiny elevators that take a long time to arrive regardless of the hour. The floor with ice and such smells like urinal cakes and has nasty carpet. Pool and locker room are nasty. Dirty windows. AC drips in room. The restaurant is extremely expensive. Generally not clean. Brrr.... hot water in showers didn't work but otherwise was a wonderful stay! Welcoming staff and all. Would host a conference room block here again!
Hotel is old and room is dated but huge room which is a plus. Service is great and location is also good.
