I had a nice experience living here for 3 years (2020-2023). Michelle, the manager, is thoughtful, responsive, and firm - she was helpful as can be! She's sweet and always greeted me and others and did her best to support all of the residents, despite the place being an older property. I appreciated the effort of the upkeep on the apartments and the property. By far the best place I have ever lived in the Sacramento area! I could not have asked for a better place to live and am very grateful. The new ownership has made this property shine and I am incredibly happy living here.
I really enjoy living at Century plaza! I lived in this apartment for 4 years. Perfect location for me, because it's a few minutes walk to many downtown restaurants and attractions. Whenever I needed something to be fixed in my apartment, the maintenance fixed it quickly. I highly recommend this place to anyone because my experience is great. Thank you century plaza for the wonderful 4 years living here!
Moving from my last place into Century Plaza Apartments has been a dream come true. For a year I walked by here on the way to work or the gym and thought, "I'd really like to live here one day." Mission accomplished and it's better than expected. The application and moving experience here was in stark contrast to other apartment debacles.
