I give Century Plaza a 4.5. I really enjoyed my time of over two years there. Very friendly complex, great neighbors. The location is quiet and safe and the apartments are quite price friendly. Walkable to good spots. I had a one bedroom, the layout was AMAZING. For midtown prices I had a kitchen that is hard to find at the price point, massive windows in the living room and bedroom (the blinds worked great for privacy, but I love natural lighting). I had a nice experience living here for 3 years (2020-2023). Michelle, the manager, is thoughtful, responsive, and firm - she was helpful as can be! She's sweet and always greeted me and others and did her best to support all of the residents, despite the place being an older property. I appreciated the effort of the upkeep on the apartments and the property. The bathroom was so spacious and had a lot of storage/cabinet space and was my favorite part, even though the studio itself was spacious too! I loved how big the window... read more
By far the best place I have ever lived in the Sacramento area! I could not have asked for a better place to live and am very grateful. The new ownership has made this property shine and I am incredibly happy living here.
I really enjoy living at Century plaza! I lived in this apartment for 4 years. Perfect location for me, because it's a few minutes walk to many downtown restaurants and attractions. Whenever I needed something to be fixed in my apartment, the maintenance fixed it quickly. I highly recommend this place to anyone because my experience is great. Thank you century plaza for the wonderful 4 years living here!
