We arrived late and Leah waited up to make sure we arrived safe. Lights were on and she had the heatpump going due to freezing weather. Lively stay. I couldn’t work out the hot plate but Leah came and assisted.
I had a wonderful stay, and the manager was outstanding! I mistakenly booked a double bed room, but she noticed before my arrival. Since she couldn’t reach me, she took the initiative to combine the beds into a large king. Also let me check in early and made sure the room was perfect. Throughout my stay, she assisted me multiple times and accommodated my request to extend my booking for a few extra days. The service was truly exceptional. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the amenities and overall service were amazing.
Had to stay urgently due to family member admitted to hospital, staff were awesome even when I had to change rooms to the ground floor so my family member could come out of hospital as they couldn't get up the stairs, 5mins to hospital
Really enjoyed my stay, great facilities and room. Thank you!!!
