They just implemented process if your lawn looks to long they will mow it your expense which is $50.00. I have someone mow my lawn once a week during the summer, but they came today to mow my lawn. It's only been a week since I had it mowed and it hasn't even grown. I told them to get off my property. I have a call into the district manager and customer relations. I have lived here 3 years and never had an issue.
I’ve been living at this trailer park for a good while now and I cannot say enough good things about the staff. From day one they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure I feel at home. I have lived here for nearly 13 years now and it was nice to live in this community until recently when new management took over. Apparently the new manager who works in the office named Liz is a very selfish person who only thinks of herself! I just found out that if you don't take care of your lawn by a certain day, they will do it for you without your consent and charge you $50 a week! Hello!!! The last I knew it was $25. We have lived here for just over a year. And we love it! The office staff has been fantastic about answering questions and maintenance has been quick to handle any situation we have had come up, which hasn't been many. It's been a wonderful change of pace from our previous rental.
Liz was extremely helpful in the purchase of a unit at Century Park. We almost lost not only the unit, but the cash we had to purchase. She called out the seller, made things right, and hopefully we will be buying later today.
