Very friendly office, the receptionists being Filipino adds to the home-y touch, Dr. Kim is awesome in explaining his findings, and the hygienists are very gentle with their hands in doing procedures. Been a patient since 2022 so we've been very happy with the clinic.
•Worst dental clinic I have ever been to. •First question they do before asking your name is: how much money do you have in your insurance plan? •They didn't like that I asked for my X-ray to get a second opinion. (The doctor told me: "take a picture from your phone from my computer"). •They gave me services I didn't request or we agreed, so they could withdraw more money from my insurance plan. •Definitely, not a good place.
Front end staff service is great. Hygienists are fast and meticulous. Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable and meticulous. Cost of services are responsible. Ive been looking for a Dentist near Century Park and have found the place.
Dr Kim is professional and like all the good ones he is personable, caring and attentive to details. He took the time with me today to make sure I really understood and told me my options. I would highly recommend him to anyone. And will tell my kids and associates about him.
