When I had my split 3 rail w/2x4 wire installed in October 2010, he did an excellent job. It's just that he used every excuse to why he wasn't finishing on time. Took twice as long as the time they quoted. Then when the hurricane came through in 2017 and a tree fell taking out a section of fence, he gave multiple excuses why he couldn't fix it. So I guess you could say he does good work, but it unreliable.
