Shout out to Teresa and her team for hosting such a wonderful event this evening, and most of all, for investing in turning this beautiful community around! Starting from ground zero is hard but soon people will realize this is not the same Century Oaks. New leadership, new team, new horizons. Keep up the great work!
I am a home health nurse and the staff at this facility are some of the kindest staff I have met. They truly care for their residents.
With the number of very negative reviews, I feel the need to provide a counterpoint as these do not reflect my experience. This review is for Building 1, and accordingly, I can not speak for the other parts of the facility. I understand those are or were under a different license. First, while there have been staff changes through the management changeover, at no time has my loved one ever missed a meal or medications. These people aren’t keeping up with meds and baths I’ve been trying to understand why. I get excuses I came here to leave google reviews listing my issues with this place so you know what you’re getting into. There’s a Facebook group set to highlight major health and security concerns they have with this company a lot of people who’s loved ones left here are here or are leaving aswell as some former employees they have images and recordings and it’s disheartening. Stay away from this place
