The IT department works on the website and App. They always fail to tell the customers Customers try to log in and get locked out. This upsets customers. I have complained before. The least they could do is warn customers.
Wish I could give zero stars I thought they would be a good bank but turns out they don't care about there customers from my experience.I have a loan and i paying it off fast and then they give me a late fee charge when I had enough money in my account to pay regular payment. Needed $200 in 5's for an event..... $110 of them should have already been sent back to Federal Reserve to be destroyed!! 2 staples was actually in one of them...Are people that lazy to do the paperwork and send back?
