I took my daughter to get her eyebrows and lip waxed. The older lady that helped us (they only have 2 people who provide waxing services here) did a very poor job. She didn't prep the skin or hair at all. She went straight in with wax. Only made one pass and didn't bother to go back and get what she missed/what the wax didn't grab. My third time here and every time I come I'm in for a world of pain. I always get nicked or they end up using the nail drill against my SKIN. A few of my fingertips always have raw spots because of the accidental slips. I know that people aren't perfect, but for it to happen every time I come to this establishment is concerning...
