I got a bio gel overlay today and had a great experience. They were able to book me the same day I called which was very convenient. I’m usually picky about what salon I go to for bio gel, but they did an amazing job. The staff were friendly, offered me water, and gave a nice massage at the end. My nails look amazing and I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you :)
I went to Belle Nails and Spa and was very disappointed with the service. The staff seemed rushed and did not pay attention to detail while doing my nails. I also had to wait over 30 minutes even though I had an appointment, and no one apologized. The manicure started chipping the very next day despite paying extra for gel polish. On top of that, the customer service was poor, and when I mentioned my concerns, they brushed me off instead of fixing the issue.
The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to was a total disaster from start to finish. The tools looked dirty, the staff was rude, and they rushed through everything without any care. My manicure chipped the very next day, and I even left with a small cut on my finger. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone — it was a complete waste of time and money.
Always got my book wrong. Call never answer. Never give me the right nail tech in wanted.
