This is by far my worst experience with any company. They quoted one price they demanded $1,000 more, despite each item was listed on my inventory quote. They parked illegally, then charged me for the $75 ticket. They delivered late, and then charged me an addition $350 carrying fee but refused to measure, and I was right next to the elevator. I would NOT RECOMMENDED this company to anyone. They call themselves professional but they are a SCAM. From the “quote” they give you over the phone and all the additional costs they do not let you know about until your belongings are in the truck to arriving hours late the day of the move. Unfriendly to their customers and unkind to the boxes/items they handle. Nestor in particular was incredibly rude and did not even pretend to care about my move. Run fron this company, at this very moment my daughter is sitting in upstate NY trying to figure out how to get her mother in laws stuff to Missouri. This company was sub contracted through Northern America and pushed back pick up date 4 days (which by reading some of the reviews it's a blessing) then called trying to push it back another day and being military her leave was running out and insisted they make it there last night....jan 7th.... so she could get on the road early this morning.
