Outstanding service from start to finish. Amazing group of people, Simon went above and beyond to cater to my needs as I just had a really bad experience with the trade center. I checked out alot of cars test drove 1 or 2 and was there about 3+ hours just looking around, not once was I bothered by a "salesman" nor speech, if I needed something or had any questions they was in the office to ask but essentially let me just look at my own pace which was very much appreciated after being missold to previously. We drove up from south Wales to purchase a kia from this garage. And we cannot fault the process at all. Simon was fantastic. Very friendly and thorough, great customer service. Few minors on the mot prior to collecting and these were rectified before taking the car away despite it not being a requirement. Highly recommend this place it was worth the long drive to come away feeling at ease with your purchase. Thank you.
Simon absolutely amazing, no pressure given. Had all information to hand and all question were answered. Even to to point of us popping in the next day with more questions. I would highly recommend.
