I worked for century mold for 12 years last 2 yrs they are bringing in new inexperienced people to fill a spot I loved my job but don't work there they don't appreciate those who go above and beyond I did visual on part 1st last time but I had to rework save parts from being snapped I'm the only qc who does rework I'll make sure new job I do just 8 hrs not offering extra
