I took my MINI to this location for the first time and was pleased by the quality of the work but was disappointed by the lack of transparency and communication. I went for an oil change and was told after 45 minutes that a nail had been found in my tire and they replaced the whole tire. I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume the tire could not be patched (though I have had my run-flat tires patched before), but relaying the information (which is a costly procedure) after it had been done felt weird to m... read more
Tristan and the service team at Century Mini are the best! Without excessive detail, I had a major issue with poor workmanship on my Mini from a different dealership and it caused major damage to my Mini as a result. Tristan worked with me to hold the right people accountable for the terrible service and treatment I had received. He went above and beyond. Simply the best! I would recommend Century MINI Service Department any day. I have received exceptional assistance from management and the service team. Tristan is amazing!!!! I experienced amazing customer service at a great price. I was in and out in a matter of 2hrs. This is the only place I'll take my Mini!
