They maintained time well for the regular checkup appointment but the cleaning appointment time was not maintained at all. My appointment was at 4:00 p.m. and it's 4:40 and I haven't been called in yet. I get small delays happen but I am not fond of places that delay past 30 minutes. The poor hygienist didn't have anyone helping her clean between appointments and they gave her only 30 minutes between cleanings. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I arrived on time for my appointment, only to be told at the last minute that it had been cancelled. No advance notice, no phone call, no email, no text—nothing. They wasted my time and showed a complete lack of respect for their patients. I had rearranged my schedule to be here, only to be turned away without any real explanation or apology. The service is excellent! The staff is incredible and highly professional. From the moment you walk in, Kayla greets you with a smile and is very friendly. Brittney is the dental assistant, and she is an absolute sweetheart; she makes you feel comfortable and helps your nerves melt away. Dr. Onyiuke is very kind and attentive—extremely professional in her work. They are all very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
Tried calling twice to cancel my appointment no answer. Front desk is very nice despite the other reviews (for dental.) Tried getting wisdom teeth extraction here and they tried to charge me 1500$ for bone grafting for each extraction (4 total.) I went to NYU and they said the exact opposite. Seems like they will overcharge you for certain dental procedures proceed with caution.
