I was a little concerned about the need of vent cleaning but after watching the professional work and explain the process it was simpler to grasp the relevance. Thanks for a thorough service. A/C is working better today.
After a past issue with another contractor, I was relieved that this technician spent an hour on A/C preventive maintenance and explained the importance of regularly checking the condensate drain line, which was starting to clog.
Efficient service, A/C running smoothly.
Having dealt with vent cleaning before, I expected a straightforward process, and this time was no different as the job was completed efficiently within an hour. When compared to last year's appointment, they were more thorough in checking for any potential blockages in the ducts.
Repaired HVAC efficiently, no issues.
