TERRIBLE customer service by manager, Kieb. We had a gift certificate for a free 2 hour ride and he refused to honor the certificate. I feel bad for the driver because it put him in a bad situation. If I could leave negative stars, I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

I have been knowing the owner Kib for 7 yrs now. He is such a class act. WE ALL NEED TO HELP SMALL BUSINESS GROW BIGGER INSTEAD OF UBER/LYFT. VERY UNSAFE. keep up the good work.
