This co. Basically encourages their techs to over charge and exaggerate estimates and services needed .The company makes their techs compete with each other and get bonuses and labeled top tech it just means the top tech burned more customers than his co workers
Beware of this company they charge for hours they weren’t there and add all this misc. stuff like truck fee when they bring a van and a ladder. We have them on camera for a shorter period of time and the charges on the invoices are for a longer period of time. They charge $33 to replace a regular light bulb plus labor fees. Jobs that should cost $150 -$200 will cost you $950. We as an organization will never use these rip off artists!!
