Very good quality product!
Our new build has their cabinets. The shaker finish looks nice from far but is easily dinged and chipped. There's a gap between the frame and the panel which collects dirt. We paid extra for accents under the top cabinets and those came with a different finish compared to the cabinet, in a different shade of white and are already chipping at the edges within 2 years. Paid about 16000 for all these "level 4/5" finishes with the builder but I think this quality doesn't live up to that price point. I'd look elsewhere.
Would have given zero stars if I could. We had their cabinets installed by our builder. Lovely finishes. But, admittedly out of warranty our one cabinet came unglued. I reached out to see f it could be repaired and received a vague, canned reply about supply chain and sales. I just wanted advice as to whether it was a repairable problem. When replied saying I felt my email wasn’t fully read, I was clearly accused of being rude. So now I’m truly salty about this experience and advise anyone to look elsewhere for their cabinet... read more
Not even 2 years into a brand new home that costs upwards of 650k. They said they can’t fix it because it’s an install issue. Wow great customer service.
