Had a horrible experience with these folks. Got the wrong kitchen appliance garage for my kitchen and they simply refused to accept returns saying that it was their policy. I called the original manufacturer and they said they had no such policies in place, however since I did not purchase the product directly from the manufacturer they were unable to help either.
