Very disappointed in every aspect. We set up home, car, and business insurance through this agency. After a year—with no prior notice—the car insurance premium suddenly increased by 150%. On top of that, the business coverage stopped applying, and now they’re asking for an additional premium because it was never officially canceled. We initially worked with Matthew Love.
