Very disappointed in every aspect. We set up home, car, and business insurance through this agency. After a year—with no prior notice—the car insurance premium suddenly increased by 150%. On top of that, the business coverage stopped applying, and now they’re asking for an additional premium because it was never officially canceled. We initially worked with Matthew Love. The Century team is great! I work with Liana Kaufman and have had several different types of insurance over the years, she always finds fantastic deals and has the best advice when there are several competitive options. When Liana is out of office, the service is still just as fast and knowledgeable!
