They cancelled my appointment at the very last moment knowing I have a leg problem I really need looked at, I had to find a baby sitter to watch my baby, they called off of work to watch my son just for the appointment not to happen! The wait room has bedbugs, ive seen them crawling around on the chairs so I refused to sit down on their furniture. Dr. Porter is great. She is caring and compassionate, truly listens to you and offers suggestions and answers without being pushy or condescending. The front desk staff is professional and friendly. The phone system however definitely needs work, it is hard to actually get to someone working in the office.
Our family has been coming to this practice for years. Very caring and compassionate doctors and staff. Recently had a minor medical emergency and was able to be seen same day by one of the nurse practioners.
Dragging feet about paperwork, nurses are totally useless and refuse to fill out forms. Their laziness and refusal to do their jobs has cost me medicaid. Also, tell your physicians it is not appropriate to lecture grown men about using condoms.
