They cancelled my appointment at the very last moment knowing I have a leg problem I really need looked at, I had to find a baby sitter to watch my baby, they called off of work to watch my son just for the appointment not to happen! The wait room has bedbugs, ive seen them crawling around on the chairs so I refused to sit down on their furniture. They never have appointments available the same week/month it’s always a 6+ month wait which is absurd! The people that work there are extremely rude and condescending. Go elsewher... read more
Dr. Porter is great. She is caring and compassionate, truly listens to you and offers suggestions and answers without being pushy or condescending. The front desk staff is professional and friendly. The phone system however definitely needs work, it is hard to actually get to someone working in the office.
