Let just start by saying this whole process has been a mess. I’ve had two different sales reps and two different mortgage loan officers . Getting ahold of them has been horrible when it came them sending me documents it’s almost always at the end of the day so any questions we may have I don’t get answered for atleast a day or two. We are first time home owners and I feel like most of the information hasn’t been-explained to us I’ve had to ask and wait for answers most times taking days with no response. Really easy to work with, busy as all get out, but beautiful homes and a wonderful design appointment. Only thing missing was the ability to choose our own paint color; we were just given a list of different whites and grays to choose from. Still, highly recommended
