Do not buy from this company they will drag the process through and not returned your deposit if your denied the loan. This caused me to be homeless as assurances we made of the closing. When requested refund everyone disappears and no phone calls or emails returned. They lie to close the deal and negate mortgage standard practices that people should be refunded due loan denials. Let just start by saying this whole process has been a mess. I’ve had two different sales reps and two different mortgage loan officers . Getting ahold of them has been horrible when it came them sending me documents it’s almost always at the end of the day so any questions we may have I don’t get answered for atleast a day or two.
