I contacted 4 brokers/lenders and then interviewed 3 of them extensively before settling on Century Home Lending on a Saturday. Brian was very patient, helpful and responsive to my emails and phone calls throughout the weekend, even when he was not in the office. Rates and selection were excellent and this was the only site I found that was offering a very competitive 30 years fixed rate and closing . Century Home Lending provided outstanding service during the refinancing process. They frequent and clear communications made us feel like we always had the latest information and that our loan was a top priority for them. When the lender occasionally needed clarification or further documentation, Andy explained why and told us exactly what we needed so we could move forward with the loan as quickly as possible. I've had a number of mortgages, and have helped many friends and family with getting theirs, or refinances. I've dealt with several different banks, mortgage companies and brokers online and in person and have spent a lot of time in the past always searching for the best deals and the easiest, convenience procedures. Brian was terrific with my home refinance and shopped around for the best interest rate. He's on top of his game and anticipated exactly what the underwriters would ask for. The amount of paperwork has increased since I first bought my home but Brian makes is easy and has professional relationships with the funding and escrow companies to keep my file moving, and for that, I highly recommend Brian and Andy and their team for your home loan.

Century Home Lending secured a mortgage for us, at much better rate from another big bank and big bank still using old school . When they lend money, they want to lend the money fix in their need, tiny square box.
