They came out for a free roof estimate. The guy did not go on the roof or take measurements. But needed a second person to evaluate our skylights. That person said our skylights were in good condition. He decided on his own to put a little sealant on our roof that had damage from a tree limb. That was good customer service. But when we got the very high estimate we decided to get other estimates. So, we chose a different company to replace our roof. Century sent us a bill for a service call and a repair. After having 4 other roofers look at my roof and claiming to have fixed the problem the leaks continued. A neighbor suggested Century and they’ve been the answer to my prayers. Their roof diagnostician was able to find the problem right away and fix it. A few months later I had another problem and knew right away who to call. Their crew is the best at what they do!
