This company is no good. They work their caregivers hours they do not agree with and make changes to scedules on the same day sometimes. They also are not paying correctly. They need to read up on paying overtime correctly in accordance of the Fair Labor Standards Act. They have the caregivers work overtime and then shorten the hours on their paychecks and pockets the extra for thier trips they take on a regular basis.
