We have been working with Century Home Care Partners for three months or so to provide services for my 91-year-old father while he was living on his own. Owner Della Reed and administrator Amanda Parr have been so attentive to our needs and have gone above and beyond to schedule care in times of emergency. We have enjoyed getting to know their care staff and absolutely couldn't have survived without them the past difficult month when our father's dementia suddenly worsened.

This company is no good. They work their caregivers hours they do not agree with and make changes to scedules on the same day sometimes. They also are not paying correctly. They need to read up on paying overtime correctly in accordance of the Fair Labor Standards Act. They have the caregivers work overtime and then shorten the hours on their paychecks and pockets the extra for thier trips they take on a regular basis. They have 2( or possibly more) sceduling managers that never communicate with each other. They give a bonus... read more

Century Home Care Partners provides an exceptional service. Della and Amanda are attentive and loving people who have dedicated themselves to the service of others. The caregivers are professional and caring. They cared for my dad while he was on hospice for brain cancer. I trusted them and definitely recommend them to others. Thank you, Century Home Care, for your quality service, patience, and love!
