Bought a display home from Century Homes. I do NOT recommend tmdoing business with these people. We bought a display home and they schedule to move it and the company sent the wrong size carriers for the move. They did not enclose our home properly and 3 inches of rain fell into our home, causing visible and non visible damages. We bought the home "as is" - when they put the roofline back they did not include the dormer above the front door, they said we didn't pay for that. We are in one of Century's first "stick built" homes, completed in December '23, and my wife and I couldn't be happier. As a son of a homebuilder I am familiar with everything that goes into constructing a house. and Century hit the mark every step of the way. The company representative who sold us the home stayed with us every step of the way, walking us through the home at each stage and doing a great job of answering our questions and concerns. Poor craftsmanship poor communication unprofessional poor quality. The home itself is great but the extra work and the finish work done by century/Reinbrecht homes was very disappointing. Having to repeatedly calling them back for to finish what they said they finished construction damage to the home not will to repair and make it right had no project manager no communication and very disappointing experience

We have had a horrible experience with the manufacturer. They tried to put our garage in sideways and we wouldn’t have been able to pull into our garage without going onto our neighbors property. We thankfully came out to mow and saw it before they sat our home. Not one of our three bathrooms has been fully functional since we moved in almost 3 months ago. They just keep sending people out and not much gets fixed. Our flooring had tons of rips and tears in it before we moved in. Which they didn’t replace just put some sort o... read more
